Hi, I’m Tim. I am a Software Develoment student at Seneca College looking for a place while I finish my degree. I am not currently working as I am taking classes full-time but I will be working a co-op job next semester and have plenty of savings. I am very quiet. I don’t drink or smoke. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-9 (4 doses). I would do my share of any chores. I am a very progressive person who is accepting of diverse lifestyles. I do not currently have any pets but I like all types of animals, if you do. I have a Netflix account which you could use. I previously studied art and illustration and get along well with creative people. I would want to be able to have a decent amount of privacy and quiet time to myself. I would also want to be able to have my girlfriend stay over occasionally.
