Greetings! I am a quiet, responsible and pleasant middle aged lady searching for a room to rent on a longterm basis. I would prefer a place in which the property owners or those who are looking after the property want a long term tenant and do Not want to sell the property for at least several years/long term. I have a Very secure government pension. The rent would be Guaranteed to be Paid Usually Before The 1st such as The Last Business Day of the Month like the 30th/31st. The Absolute Latest would be the Early Morning Hours Of the 1st of the Month. I would set up Preauthorized Payments with the Landlord In Which They Would Receive the Rent Directly In Their Bank Account Automatically Every Month. In This Way the Rent Is Paid More Than On Time. I do NOT Smoke, Drink Nor use Offensive language. I Am Extremely Respectful And Considerate of the other Roommates in which I share a home / dwelling with. I would enjoy living in either a townhome, house Or basement with other nice and considerate roommates. I would prefer to share or live with other Mature Adults in their Mid-Thirties And Above. If there is a Family with Adult kids in their Mid-Thirties And Above that would Also be Great! I have a Background in Beginning Level North American / European Historical Studies. I grew up in the Belleville, Ontario area. I want to help other people by volunteering in humanitarian/social service agencies (Especially those Serving the Poor and Homeless). I enjoy socializing with other people while walking on a trail in a conservation area, playing card games like euchre and playing board games such as scrabble.
