I’m currently looking for a place to rent June 1st or sooner. I am employed full time; I’m outgoing with a good sense of humor, a non-smoker and non-partier. I have been an excellent tenant with a history of paying my rent and utilities on time as well as being respectful of all rules given to me as a tenant. I am only moving because my current landlord has family moving to Canada from abroad who will be taking my basement suite in her home.
