Looking for 1 bedroom, preferably near the skytrain. I am clean, quiet, and friendly. I have quite a bit of experience with many different types of repair work (I have basic to mid tier knowledge on how to do plumbing, car repair, electrical work, sewing, drywalling, appliance installation, tile laying, wood working, etc.) I work as a full time carpenter and have done home renovation, office renovation, cement work, steel stud construction, wood frame construction, and more. I am an experienced chef, and can make anything from fresh sushi to beef wellington. Through previous jobs I have had experience with janitorial work so I know how to clean and keep things tidy.
