Required: Air conditioning, bathroom w/shower, kitchen, Cannabis friendly, option of adopting a de-clawed cat in the future, cable.

RE CANNABIS: I AM WILLING TO PURCHASE AN AIR PURIFIER PRIOR TO MOVE IN SO THAT MY CANNABIS USE WON’T DISTURB OTHERS.

Preferred but not necessary: WiFi.

Me: 59, financially responsible (rent always paid on time), tidy, respectful, friendly, sociable, quiet, law abiding, polite, intelligent, LGBTQ friendly.

Income: ODSP.

I do not smoke cigarettes, drink or use drugs other than cannabis.

Health: I walk with a cane.
