Hello, This is Pouria (He/Him) I am a 30-year-old Master’s Student and working at the university as a staff at the same time. I would like to have a room that provides privacy while also allowing me and my roommate(s) to enjoy our time together.

• Clean and organized: I take pride in maintaining a neat living space.

• Move-in date: I am looking to move in by September 1st or sooner.

• most of the time, I’m busy and have a lot to do, so I stay in my room, or I’m outside most of the time, but at the same time, I’m a social person.

I am a university student and work as a university staff responsible for helping startups to grow.

I watch movies, read books, and hang out with my friends in my free time. I am an open-minded and technophile person who enjoys meeting new people and exploring new cultures.
