Hey folks, I am a 50 yr old gay cis male research assistant working in the non profit social service sector (former psw, frontline shelter and outreach worker) reviewing programs, developing trainings and workshops. Before that worked for big brands Puma, Adidas stores lot of of flashy marketing stuff. Been an interesting ride but I’m in a calmer and more mindful life stage. Just looking for a basic 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly place/room for me and my well trained loving and gentle support dog. Im easy going, genuinely considerate and clean. Happily contribute to whats needed and help out fairly. My dog pal goes to work with me or we are out on walking adventures on days off. She is never left at home alone. We generally aren’t home much but when we are she happily keeps to my living space/room while on zooms or reviewing stuff. Not running around in the common areas unless invited. I appreciate diversity, differences and preferences. I am genuinely respectful of peoples schedules. Try my best to be conscious and aware of accessibility and maintaining a safe and respectful space for everyone. I can provide good rental, employment and personal references as well as house sitting. My dog has good workspace and bnb references too. Many people and other pets adore her. I have a guaranteed permanent and portable rent subsidy of 800. With that and my work I can quite comfortably afford up to 1400.
