I am 27 Years old Indian, clean, mature and responsible guy whose working full time for a tech company downtown. I am a quiet person and enjoy helping out around the house. I do not smoke or party and have no pets(I’m cool with it if you have any). I always clean up after myself and I don’t make a mess out of a common area of the house.

I am looking for a safe place to stay where I can stay long term. In-house/Building Laundry must. Bonus if it is furnished. I am a friendly and optimistic person, I’m willing to interact with my roommates or keep to myself, I adapt fairly easily. I lived in San Jose, California, for a year. Recently moved to Vancouver and currently, I live in Hastings @ Gilmore.
