Older guy recently injured at work, in receipt of disability benefits looking for a quiet place to rest and recover. I am willing to trade light labour several hours per day for a reduction in rent. I have no criminal record, and can provide solid personal as well as rental references. I have a rent cap of up to $750 per month. I play guitar a few hours a day, spend time on my computer, and cook. Basically, I cook, and sleep where I am living. I much prefer to be outdoors!.
