I’m a very neat and orderly person, and would enjoy to have a place that’s been well maintained. I don’t smoke, drink, party or use any sort of substances and would prefer a clean environment. I work Monday to Friday early morning to mid-afternoon, as well as nights on Friday and Saturday. Since I’m usually away, I don’t ask for much except for enough quiet and space when I am home.
