Hello, My name is Ignacio Guillen, and I’m looking for a room to rent long term. I am 34 years old and I’m currently studying UI/UX design in Cornerstone Community College, I’m here with a student permit which also granted me a work permit. I am particularly interested in the room you are renting out because of the nearby amenities. I believe I would be the perfect tenant because I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, I’m tidy and mostly quiet. I’m also very mature and I try to resolve conflicts by talkin first. My hobbies include photography, long walks and watching movies, so when I’m home, I’ll be mostly locked up in the room with headphones on.
I would like to start on February 1 since that’s the date my current lease expires. Please consider me.
