Rishika

Hi! My name is Rishika and I work as an investment analyst in finance. I am looking to find a 2 bedroom in downtown Toronto or close by (preferred locations are King West, Queen West, Yorkville, the Annex) and willing to pay in the range of 1600 to 1800 (3200 to 3400 total).

I would love to find a fun, friendly roommate who:

• keeps the apartment and shared spaces clean at all times
• is responsible and shares accountability over common tasks (maintaining the apartment, keeping up with payments on time)
• is good at communicating and able to resolve quickly if there are any issues

I go to the office around 3x a week and work from home otherwise. Outside work, I love trying out new restaurants, hanging out with friends and I also play the guitar.
