I’m looking for a clean upper level room with a private or shared washroom, and access to the kitchen for cooking. Preferably within a 45-50 minute drive to Bolton.

I’m clean, quiet and respectful. I don’t vape, smoke, use marijuana or get drunk. I am looking for someone who doesn’t do those things as well. I don’t have pets or children.

I work Mon-Fri during the day as a local truck driver. I’m in bed around 10pm because I wake up early, so I’m looking for roommates who are past the partying stage and who are generally quiet after 10pm.

I have a car so I would need 1 parking spot.

References are available upon request. I don’t have a criminal record and I have an excellent credit score. I’m seeking a room for $800-1,000 depending on whether the washroom is shared.
