Hey, I have found a place downtown close to UOFT and amenities, it’s a whole renovated house for rent. I spoke with the agent and it’s available from April 15. I am looking for a couple or 2 people that are willing to have the entire upstairs privately to themselves for 1850 per month. The agent also said that the main floor and basement will share 40% utilities. Since I am a single student I will pay 13% and the two people on the main floor will be 13% each or 26% so It shouldn’t be much. The main floor and basement have separate entrances so if you are a couple you would basically have your own house. Let me know what you think.
