I’m a 28-year-old male looking to move out of my current apartment because my roommate is moving to Brandon for work.

I’m halfway through a Master degree in Theological Studies but am currently taking a hiatus for a few years. I’m a writer by trade and work from home (online).

My hobbies include writing and video games, and my interests include spirituality, philosophy, and psychology. Looking for a clean and quiet environment.

My budget is around $550, preferably for a place that includes utilities and Internet.

Really looking for a nice environment, preferably with a like-minded person. I enjoy a clean living environment (I clean up fully after I cook any meal) but beyond that I’m very easy-going. I spend the bulk of my time in my room working, listening to podcasts, reading, playing video games, watching shows on my laptop, meditating, or some other reasonably quiet activity.

Oh, I didn’t check off the “smoker” box, but I DO smoke casually, like 1 or 2 cigarettes on average a day, but always outside. I rarely drink alcohol, but have no problem if you imbibe.
