Hi :) I am responsibe, non smoking female. I don’t have pets ( not allergic or opposed). Non partier. I am clean, quiet and easy going. I rasied my daughters and they are now on their own in university. I am getting back to work for schoolbaord after an accident, but i have secured income while in the process. My current landlord wants me to stay,but he has raised my rent come April so i am looking for different options.
