My name is Josh. I am a 37 year old male. I am quite , & keep to myself. I am currently working. I can pay for 1/2 of internet / cable if needed. I need to find a place ASAP, do not require any parking as I mainly walk or take the bus to where I need to go. I am able to pay for rent in cash / direct deposit on time monthly on the 1st.

I am ok with pets off all kinds & willing to look after them if needed. Mostly I keep to myself, but not afraid of social interaction. I have been a professional broadcaster for Microsoft , Amazon & Google since 2008. I have CPR training.
