I am a mature, professional and easygoing, even tempered homebody looking for a female roommate.

I love for my home to be peaceful rather than chaotic or a constant hub of activity. That being said, I would like to be able to entertain friend and family from time to time and would anticipate the same desire from a roommate.

I can tolerate a fair amount of disorder, but prefer clean and tidy spaces as a general rule (though my personal space may be cluttered).

I like to be open about expectations and would rather have the awkward conversation than wonder what a roommate wants or is thinking.

I don’t smoke or do drugs and, while I will have a drink from time to time, you won’t see me drunk. I would hope for the same from you normally.
