We are couple Pete&Monika in our early 30’ looking for a flatshare with furnished private room and own bathroom for rent. Looking for long term starting 1st June
Our budget is around 850 - 1000$ with everything included (water, electricity, WiFi). We would be willing to go over our budget if the place were the right one. We prefer walking distance to sky train around Port Moody and Coquitlam area (Lougheed Town Center - Coquitlam).
We both are working full time, Pete like a groundsman in a tree care company and me in construction cleaning. We are easy going, clean, social and very friendly. Love cooking, going out but also glad to stay at home and enjoy glass of wine and watching a good movie.
