I’m looking to rent a 2 bed, 2 bath condo in Guelph (preferably downtown but I’m open) with another female. I am neat, organized, don’t smoke and don’t have any pets. I work full-time in Guelph and have been commuting for a while now. I would like to move to Guelph soon, mid-April or afterwards. I’m looking for someone alike, who can be respectful of their surroundings. Ideally a non-smoker, no drugs, no pets & FEMALE only please. I have a car, so I would need a parking spot.
