Hi all, I’m looking for a roommate who would want to go in with me on an apartment in the Central-North Edmonton with me (have not yet found an apartment). My lease is up at the end of March for the place I am currently staying at and I’d ideally like to find a secure and stable place that would not require moving for a year or two at least.

Budget is 900$ or less on my end, so total like $1800 for what would be a 2 bedroom apartment.

About me: I am very clean and like to share the things I cook. I am also very quiet. As a young professional, I will be working hybrid and will need a relatively quiet space to work at certain times for meetings. I don’t yet have a cat but will get one the moment that I am in an apartment where I can.
