Hi, Looking for a summer sublet to take over my room from May 1- end of August. I have 1 private bedroom available for a 4 month lease period, ready to move in first week of May. The home is located on Forsyth Avenue south, it’s in good condition, has AC, parking, near central bus lines and is seconds from McMaster campus. The room is above basement level, has bright natural light, and comes partially furnished (desk, bed frame). Room is 600/month which includes everything (utilities, amenities, AC, parking).
