4th semester student at Mohawk College looking for a room with enough space, quite and clean environment. Ready to move within the month of May 2019. If it’s furnished would be better however, the rental fee shouldn’t be more than $500 including the Laundry facilities, kitchen (sharing is OK) and Internet. I’m OK with sharing bathroom/washroom with no more than 2 people. No pets. No agreements which are last for 1 or more years. I prefer 4 months or 8 months agreements.
