I’m looking at short term OR long term options?? ( 1-2, 6 months, 1 year??) $450-550 month for now ( maybe more depending on if I’ll still need my storage unit?)

I’m in my 40’s but not dead (lol) Although I generally Like my peace & quiet. I like things clean & tidy but not in the ocd way. I currently have a boyfriend (lives/works in city) & I have a 23 year old daughter (& mother & sister) i would like to be able to drop by on occasion? I am past my party days & generally quiet & stick to myself busy with life.. but once in a while a little fun, like a b-b-q/ chill with girls, coffee with my mom would be nice if can find a suitable place? PARKING is needed!! & enough space to set up a craft/sewing table/shelves. Some kind of outdoor space is also important for my soul!.. & I am a smoker, so also being able to go outside & not bother anyone is key! ( Other possible areas: North York ( near Seneca) Oak Ridges/ north Richmond Hill, Thornhill/ Vaughan..)
