I am a 29y old male, moved from France to Canada about 6 years ago and working as a young engineer for a French company downtown - so stable income. I am mostly in the mountains during the weekend, doing a lot of ski touring / mountaineering, mountain biking, fly fishing, climbing and trail-running a lot lately with warmer weather. I was leaving with my ex-girlfriend for the past 3 years and currently on a sublet until end of august. So I can get my previous tenants reference if required. Otherwise I don’t smoke, no pet, I have been in enough roomates to know that I like our place to be clean and appreciate everyone with with respect and sympathy. And I am not looking for a party house at all. I enjoy waking up early during the weekend for more mountain adventures.
