Dexter

hello :) my name is dexter, i’m originally from australia and after high school spent a few years travelling around parts of eastern north america, europe and a bit of asia mostly hitchhiking and working different odd jobs along the way (a sustainability initiative, a hostel, farms, a university sports program and a high school). just over three years ago i came to montreal to study political science and philosophy at concordia and work on developing myself as a dj and producer on the side. two years into the program i decided to put school on hold to pursue some fortuitous opportunities in music and have since been engaged in a concentrated stretch of my personal, spiritual and professional development. i’m generally a reasonably clean person in that i keep my bed made, room tidy and my dishes clean but would not consider myself a neat freak. although i’m a pretty private person and typically keep to myself, i love a good in depth conversation, sharing meals and going to see shows with friends. i spend the majority of my time out of the house either at my studio downtown or working studio in the old port so love to come home to a clean and calm place.
