After being away from Vancouver for a year to work in Mexico, I am moving back to pursue my university studies this fall. Looking to start a lease Sept 1st (perhaps sooner)

Some of my interests include entrepreneurship, personal growth, writing, cycling, wine, hiking, traveling, yoga, plant-based cooking, photography, farmer’s markets, charity work, community projects, art festivals, and meeting people from all walks of life. The place must be LGBT+ inclusive, as I identify as a gay/queer man

My schudule is most early mornings at school, and I would hopefully spend my afternoons and weekends having a part time job or studying. That being said, I believe not going to be around that much. I am interested in a 6 month lease, but would like to have the opportunity to extend for a longer term, perhaps a year or longer. I have references available upon request, one from my previous lease in Vancouver, and one from my last job at a realty corporation in Mexico.
