I’m 33 and pretty chill. Non-smoker/drinker. Love the outdoors and gardening/plants. I’m clean/tidy and respect others space and property. I work full time in the Veterinary field. I naturally have pets. Two handsome male cats (age 9/10). Well behaved, litter trained, vaccinated all the good stuff. I’m happy to do extra vacuuming to manage any fur. Ideally the other tenants should like pets and be conscientious of not leaving outside doors open (screens are fine!).
