First and last is zero issue And can provide references upon request However rental references may be hard because until April last year I was a 17 year home owner myself Unfortunately because of my accident and loosing my leg I was forced to sell and also forced to change careers because I can no longer do the manual labor requirements for a millwright Let me know at your earliest convenience Regards Matt
