Anyone renting a room OR OR has small apartment for rent with a garage? I am an ultra-responsible 39 year old male with no kids, no debt. I am looking for SANE people to live with and am very flexible and kind. I am looking for the same. I work in the IT field and going to be enrolling for a holistic medical course that is Part time over 3 years online.

I arrived in Ottawa 1 month ago and was living in bad housing situation and am going thru the same thing now with a mentally unstable person who rents this apartment. Lots of those out there!

I am highly respectable, clean, tidy. I require to match with people who aren’t so rigid in their thinking. I am good at repairing things around the house as well.

I do not drink alcohol on a regular basis and require someone who does the same or similar. I do use sleep aids to get to bed however.
