Hey, my name is Kendall. I work evenings as a cocktail waitress in a bar, and usually sneak in around 3am. I’m looking for a cool roommate, someone I can become friends with and not just feel like a stranger living in their house. I’m somewhat new to Toronto. I’ve only lived here for a year and a half… So if you like having friends over, I’m cool with that. I don’t know many people in this city yet (except from work) and I’m down to meet some. If you like having people over on the weekends, or going out and coming home late - go for it, I’ll be at work and won’t care. I’m super friendly and laid back. I clean up after myself and make an excellent roommate. I’m vegan (but I don’t push that on anyone), just saying because I like to cook and not just for myself. I co-parent two guinea pigs (Cookies and Cupcake), they would only be with me every other month. They’re adorable, clean, and stay in their cage unless I take them out to hold them. I need a roommate who doesn’t own a cat (I wouldn’t want them getting hurt) but okay with me having my pets half the time. I like having fun and enjoy going to the occasional party, rave, or music festival. I’m looking to move in with someone in my age bracket with a similar or compatible lifestyle. I’m not looking to move into a family environment where there are kids. I’m big into fitness, I love working out and doing hot yoga. I have a fitness pole that I’d like to put up in my new place. I mainly listen to trap, hip-hop, dubstep and deep house, but I also like post-hardcore and pop punk, some alternative stuff. I don’t smoke weed but I don’t have a problem with people smoking it on the balcony or whatever. I vape an e-cig, but I can take it outside just the same. I’m not done my undergrad yet and plan on taking some online courses come January. I don’t mind living with guys or girls, either is okay as long as they’re chill. I’m straight but I’m an LGBTQ+ ally so however you roll is okay with me. I just like people being themselves. I want to connect with good people who are nice humans, I’m not into any drama.
