I am a 28 year old female looking to rent a room I have 2 cats that will stay in my room at all times they are very clean and quiet I am also clean and quiet I do have a 6 year old son that will come to visit on weekends I am currently looking for work as I was let go from my last one do to a none work related injury and I was under my 3 month I am currently receiving on6works and can have rent sent directly to you I am a smoker but do not plan on smoking in my room for my son
