Hi, I am a matured international student and looking for a private room from 1st Jan 2020 or ealier (as I am arriving on the 26th Dec). I will be spending most of my time studying or working so quietness is rest assured. I respect other’s privacy yet wouldn’t mind having a decent conversation every now and then. By the way, I am looking for a short term rent (from Jan to April).
