I own a rental property and understand the value in having good renters who pay their bills on time, are clean and respectful, and who communicate well with their landlord. I am a single female who is very easygoing and clean.

I have no pets, do not smoke, drink occasionally in social situations and do not do drugs. I work full-time in Langley and am taking classes for my personal training so will most likely not be home a lot. I also have references for the last places I have rented.
