I currently work from home 40 hours a week. Mainly Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend. I’m also part time student taking online courses. I’m a pretty big homebody, and a quiet one at that.

I’m not in a rush to move. I’ve not lived with a roommate before (just myself or partners) and I’ve heard my share of horror stories so want to make sure who I room with will be the right choice.

The biggest thing I ask for is respect and communication. If we can maintain those two things, it’ll go pretty smoothly.

I don’t mind some noise, but it has to be within reason. (ie no noises late into the night) though the one of times i can totally get (ie parties, friends, partners etc). Id expect the same.

I don’t really have a friend group, it’s really just me and my dog. May have a friend over occasionally to watch a movie, cook dinner, etc but I’d be open to when that will happen so that it doesn’t impede on you and make things uncomfortable. After all, it’s both of our homes.

I love board games, own quite a few, i also play some video games occasionally, or just watch movies, but mainly I’m either working on school, or I’m reading. I do not drink or party.

It’s me and my dog, she’s a good pup, bit of a barker but she’s a suck and will love you. I’m clean, organized and prefer keeping a place as tidy as possible.

I come with a variety of new kitchen things (pots, pans, dinnerware, mixing bowls, you get the gist). Pretty much everything you need for a kitchen minus some things. Though, we would need to get some furniture.

I do have a car. Will happily pay extra for parking, especially if we both have one.

I could afford to live alone, i just know I’ll go stir crazy without some time of face to face communication on a daily / semi daily bases.

Open to living with male or female though if you have a cat, my dog will 100% try to terrorize them.
