Hello :) My boyfriend and I who I have been with for almost 3 years are looking for a place to rent February 1st as that is when our current rental agreement ends. We have a cat who is very friendly and has not and will not ever damage anything in anyone’s household. We are hard working professionals my boyfriend is a part owner of a hotub company and I work in childcare we work a lot during the week and sometimes on the weekend. I am 30 and he is 28. We do not drink, drug or smoke. We have been living and renting a basement suite in Squamish for over 2 years and have an amazing reference from our current landlord. Rent is always paid on time and in full. We are friendly and easy to get along with. quite and respectful. Since we work a lot when we get home we like to keep to ourselves and don’t generally have anyone over at our place other then the odd visit from family.

I checked off cannabis friendly because we don’t mind if people smoke weed we just don’t and we obviously are okay with the LGBT friendly :)
