Hello, my name is Nina. I actually have a place that I’m renting and my current roommate is leaving come 02/01/20. I am currently looking for someone to move in and split with me until our agreement finishes in August. Or, if I need to move out I will be looking for a new place. At this time, I’m just looking around to see what options are available. If anyone is interested in renting an upper level for $1000 + utilities (no animals) and will be ready to move in by February let me know and we can arrange for you to see the place. OR if there are two people that are looking to rent with me, we are able to split and the cost would be around 750 + utilities each. Looking forward to hearing from you.
