I am a Yoga Teacher here in the Ottawa Region who teaches at Elevate, Yogatown and SoulSpeak. I also do Trauma-Informed Coaching online and continue learning pretty much all the time about Holistic Health, Psychology, Healing and Personal Growth. I am very care free but also serious and sincere about what matters to me. High quality relationships are very important, attunement, empathy & good communication.
