Hi! I’m Felix (he/him) and I’m looking to see what might be out there for a room rental starting January or later.

About me:

• I’m trans, so I’m looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly space.

• I have a full time job as an office assistant for Island Health.

• I treat my home as a sanctuary from work and the noise of life. Looking for a place that also values a quiet, peaceful home. Been having issues with nearly daily gatherings at my current place and noise from upstairs, so this is an important thing for me.

• I do my best to keep common areas clean, looking for roommates that also respect common areas.

• My interests include writing, watching shows/movies, playing games, and taking walks.

I’m not in a particular rush to find a place and need to give my current place at least 1 month notice.
