I’m looking for one roommate to find a 2 bedroom apartment to share. My portion of the budget is approximately $1300, but I’m flexible.

I’m quiet and very tidy! My main hobbies include watching movies/television, plants, reading and cooking. I work full time Monday-Friday from 9-5. I am looking for someone else who generally isn’t very loud and is tidy, also someone who doesn’t mind some socializing on the weekends.

I have two cats who are very clean, quiet, spayed, and have zero issues using their litter box. Two cats are better than one because they occupy each other. I have a 40 pound shepherd/husky mix who is spayed and up to date on her shots. She’s very small for her breed, doesn’t bark, is house trained, crate trained and very friendly and sweet. My roommate would have to be okay with animals but I would never expect help caring for them. I am used to caring for them on my own. I also vacuum twice a week to limit pet hair.

I have a sectional, tv stand, coffee table, 55 inch tv, and most kitchen supplies that can be used communally.
