Before you continue reading, I’m only able to rent for 4 months. Please don’t ask me to extend my lease or what not because I’ll be on a co-op (work) term this summer and I’ll be heading back to school in Waterloo this September.

I am a clean, quiet person who enjoys cooking (honestly, I will offer a meal at least once per week). I am an easy person to live with, unless the others in the house are messy and inconsiderate. I’m a bit of a night owl too - I prefer staying up late and sleeping in when I can. I also have a car, so I can to go out once per week to pick up groceries for everyone in the house. Just a warning though, I’ve seen a lot of Brampton room rental ads on Kijiji asking for Punjabi and vegetarian housemates ONLY, of which I am neither. I understand that the Brampton demographic is largely Indian and middle-eastern, but I won’t tolerate racism (I have an even lower tolerance for that than I do for messy housemates).

As for my daily schedule, I’m a research assistant and I’ll be working during the day and coming back late afternoon. Normally, I’d go hang out with friends and colleagues for a bit after work but given the current pandemic, I’ll be staying home as often as possible. We all have to do our part in slowing the spread!

P.S. My budget is flexible. It really depends on what’s being offered.
