Hey guys!! My roommate is moving to Calgary, so I’m currently looking for a new roommate for June 1st (I am open to male or female). The condo is located just off Ellerslie road, with quick access to the Anthony Henday, Gateway, Highway #2, and Whitemud. The apartment gets tons of sunlight all day, it is fully furnished (excluding your room and bathroom), in suite laundry, dishwasher, a balcony with patio furniture. You will have your own set of keys for the main entrance, apartment door, and mailbox. The building does have an elevator as well. I am heading back to school at Macewan in September to finish my degree and will be a full time student. I have 2 beautiful cats Joey and Juna that roam the apartment (the litterbox is covered and is tucked underneath the desk in the main area). Rent is $700/month.
