Hello! My name is Olivia, I’m 23 years old and I have a German Shepherd named Sawyer.

Sawyer is an extremely gentle and quiet dog. He’s has been in perquisite agility competition training and was heading for the full-length intense course but COVID 19 hit and halted that. So he is very well behaved and taught not to scratch counters, walls, etc.

I moved to British Columbia about four years ago with my family from Ontario and love it out here. At first, I lived with them before finding a room to rent with a kind family.

However, the family I am with are moving back to Ontario suddenly and at the end of this month. (They are more than willing to speak to anyone who may have questions on the kind of tenant I am!)

This has really put me in a difficult and desperate spot because I need to find a place to live that can also accommodate my dog. The time crunch is what is hard, and I only got this news three days ago.

I want to be really honest with you because you deserve that from me. I make a guaranteed income of $1,235.00 a month. I also make extra money off of dog training and walking on the side.

I am very quiet by nature and have a large sense of pride in being clean and neat. I don’t do drugs or smoke.
