Hello! My name is Anna. I consider myself a great roommate because I: a) am clean, organized, and tidy; b) I have a steady income and can always pay rent and bills on time; c) am debt-free; d) have a reliable vehicle and am willing to carpool, with a safe driving history; e) am responsible and quiet; f) am smoke-free, party-free, drug-free, and rarely drink.

I enjoy reading, competitive swimming, creative writing, cooking (I am studying Culinary Arts); I am an ambivert, so I am both an introvert and an extrovert. I love to cook and bake and share what I make. I also enjoy movies and television and watching such with others. I also love fun facts and bad dad jokes/puns! After my one-year diploma program, I intend to enroll in the Canadian Armed Forces as a cook.

My expectations from other roommates are: a) maintaining a clean area in shared spaces/cleaning up after oneself; b) able to pay their rent on time for the security of all other roommates/is rent reliable; c) does not smoke/use cigarettes/tobacco, is not a heavy drinker, and is drug-free; d) is not constantly throwing parties, and if hosting one, collaborates with all residents/roommates on boundaries and mutual needs/requests. In addition, I request my roommates to be respectful when it comes to sound, and not be yelling or blasting music/contribution to sound pollution. As for places of living, it is very important to me that there’s ample (and safe) parking available.

I am open to rooming with any age and any gender, as well as any sexual orientation and/or gender identity. I can also room with anyone with an intellectual disability. I have worked in the mental health field for the past two years and know how to be a healthy, non-codependent support.

I do not care if you enjoy cannabis, however, I do not personally use it and I expect mutual respect for personal values around cannabis usage. This means I do not want it smoked in the home - and this goes for tobacco usage too. I am LGBT+ friendly and consider myself heterosexual. I am very accepting and do not easily judge. I am also open to living with families/those with children, depending on the child’s age (7+).

I am open to all types of animals/pets as well - reptile, insect, etc. I’m very hard to bother (things do not easily upset me).
