Hello new friends and potential roomies!

I’m a very social and outgoing kinda guy. I enjoy having a good time and keeping things fun, but also understand and respect peace and quiet; as I do find comfort in time to myself. I’m all for a good time but I’d like someone who knows when to shut it down and respects my space as much as I will theirs. Balance is key!

I’m real easy going but appreciate cleanliness, as I’m not one to nitpick about that kinda stuff. I dont expect things to be cleaned immediately or to be immaculate, but I do expect one to clean up after themselves in common spaces just as I will.

I tend stay in my room and keep to myself alot of the time, but I do enjoy company and hope for a shared comfortability in an open line of communication. I dont want to just coexist but actually live together, as that is what we will be doing! Lol

I work full time pickup occasional side jobs, and play on multiple teams.

I do have my own car so a parking space will be necessary. I dont smoke weed but it doesn’t bother me.
