Hello my name is Peace, I’m 39, divorced father of 5, have two small parakeets named Tweety and Topaz, I’m work at a skilled trade as a printing press operator. I’m extremely clean, always maintain and upkeep my room and the household beyond satisfaction. I’m very quiet, humble and respectful of others. iHave 5 children, 2 of which (my youngest 12yr old boy & 15yr old girl) visit with me occasionally and they are also very quiet, clean, respectful, kind and polite children. iAlso have experience in various other trades and am always happy to help with anything iCan. I’m very peaceful and keep to myself and have my own furniture, H2O vacuum(water filtration), mini fridge, mini freezer, small 17“ tv, microwave, bedding (iJust require a bed/mattress but could get my own if needed). As well I have an electric scooter iUse to travel to work and run errands occasionally that iWould need to park somewhere on the property. I’d be willing to pay extra if needed. iCould pay an extra $50-$100 and could also provide other cleaning services if required.
