Hi!

My name is Arman, and I was graduated 3 years ago from University of Manitoba and moved to Toronto for work.

I’m very clean and organized, and I carry little to no furniture while I am actively renting rooms every 1-2 years or so and prefer not to weigh myself down (just a bike).

My only concern with my roommates are cleanliness and the responsibility to mutually clean our shared space, would hope to find roommates that are understanding and easy to communicate in case there’s something to be discussed regarding our home or potential problems. If you keep your beliefs above everyone else or very argumentative, I am not the roommate/tenant for you.
