Hi there. I am fully bilingual (English and French). I’m looking either for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom unit with me OR for a room to lease in a house with no more than 1 other person. It is boring living alone, so I’m looking for someone to share space (and a bit of life) with.

I’m a professional with a stable full-time job, and can provide background check/references/credit check.

About me and the kind of roommate I’m looking for:

• female
• also a working person or student (stable source of income)
• is okay that I will occasionally have friends over to hang out and you’re welcome to do so as well, behave like adults and no huge parties
• cleans up after themselves
• if smoking, smoke outside. Vape is fine.
• can’t be allergic to peanuts
• love food (I cannot stress this enough)
• I need a quiet space to work from 9-5, outside of that, you can put on your music louder if you wish.

Ideally, the space I’m looking for is:

1. clean
2. has an outdoor space (balcony/backyard)
3. Has a dishwasher, washer/dryer included (no coin laundry)
4. Ideally located in Ville-Marie, Old port, Plateau Mont-Royal, Mile-end, Rosemont-petite patrie, CDN-NDG, open to Verdun too.

A larger bedroom would be nice as I’m currently working from home and need to fit a double monitor setup.
