I’m a 31 year old mature student at SAIT with a bedroom available for 1st August for $575 all inclusive of utilities and internet.

I have two wonderful dogs who are super friendly and down for cuddles! I’m pretty quiet, it’d be great to live with someone to watch movies with or hang out with sometimes but I’m down for our own spaces too.

I don’t drink or smoke and I’m pretty easy going! Room is in Varsity so very close to UofC and Brentwood Station. There is ample free street parking and access to a back yard.
