Hi there!

My name is Jamie and I’m looking for a room for rent ONLY in Kitchener ASAP. I would preferably like to be on a 1 year lease with the option to renew afterwards. I work at Starbucks in Fairway Plaza so finding a place that is close to there is ideal.

I’m really chill and easy going and I get along with others well. I help keep common areas clean and I would like roommates that do the same and are like-minded. I like to play video games, read and just do my own thing in my room when I’m home. At the same time I’m also really outgoing and sociable and I’d never turn down a friendly conversation but I still respect other peoples alone time.

My budget is around $800 all inclusive for a room in a shared house with 2 or 3 other people but I’m willing to go up to around $1,000 if it’s only with 1 other roommate. I don’t want to share a kitchen or a bathroom with the landlord/owner as I want to be covered by the RTA
